Design Development

PDG and Disegno Australia work together to take a development concept to a fully designed and documented set of plans. Our architects and interior designers collaborate with relevant local councils and planning authorities as well as with our in-house sales and marketing teams to ensure each project will be embraced by the community. When applicable, and based on a project’s individual requirements, Disegno Australia will engage with and manage external design studios.

Sales & Marketing

When you buy with PDG you are buying direct from the developer. Our marketing team and sales team are in-house, allowing us to remove the large costs associated with external agent commissions and creative ad agencies.
