PDG has played an integral role in shaping Melbourne’s inner-city and city property landscape for 25 years. Under the leadership of Founder and Managing Director Vince Giuliano, and his 40 year industry experience, PDG has brought a range of commercial, residential, office, retail and mixed-use developments to life. In fact, we have finished every project that we have ever started.

Bringing Property to Life

PDG is a privately owned, Melbourne-based property organisation that has continued under its original leadership and direction. PDG has grown organically from humble beginnings to become one of Melbourne’s most successful and trusted developers.

We are an experienced developer across commercial, residential, and build to rent with complete end-to-end servicing.

3 Generations of family

PDG was established by Vince Giuliano, who began his career as a designer and builder in the mid-1980s. Influenced by his father Antonino Giuliano, an Italian migrant who came to Australia in 1956 and started in the business of designing and building homes, he passed his passion for property onto the entire Giuliano family. Many family members are currently working at PDG today. PDG is now one of the most recognised brands in the Australian development industry.

Our Holistic Approach

By managing the entire development process, PDG can deliver better value, higher quality and a more personalised service to our clients. We provide continuous project management across the full lifecycle of a development.

Our end-to-end delivery model allows us to have complete control over the quality of the design and greater flexibility to respond to market requirements, resulting in cost efficiencies that are passed on to clients.

Our relationships

PDG has worked with a variety of stakeholders for each of our developments. Our collaborative, win-win approach has helped us build successful relationships with a wide range of vested interests.

AUTHORITIES, local & state governments

We approach collaborations with local councils, in particular as a partnership. This is an opportunity to evolve our vision for each development together, and provide an end product that exceeds expectations, is embraced by residents and the local community.

DEVELOPERS

The majority of PDG developments have been undertaken in collaboration with a land owner or as a formal joint venture partnership structure.

TENANCIES

PDG has successfully accommodated the unique requirements of individual tenant interests within our mixed-use precinct developments to ensure a win-win result for all parties.

COMMUNITY

In projects of significant public interest, PDG works proactively and regularly communicates with interested residents and businesses to achieve mutual satisfaction and transparency.

OWNERS

PDG works as an advocate for its clients, actively incorporating their feedback and suggestions from previous developments to ensure we are continually evolving and working with the end user in mind.

FINANCIERS

Our regular interactions with major financiers ensures that we remain acutely aware of the requirements of each financiers’ credit/risk departments – whom have provided all requisite finance in the past, naturally after applying their standard, rigorous interrogation of all facets of the project.

HEAD CONTRACTORS

PDG has built a successful track record with a mix of tier one and tier two head contractors over the last three decades. The key to optimising the builder-developer relationship is early engagement in order to negotiate the head contract and the myriad associated schedules, leading to the optimisation of project outcomes for all parties.
