LIV MUNRO

PDG developed the Munro Site adjacent to Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne’s northern gateway, setting the benchmark for future Build to Rent developments throughout the CBD.

The site is home to 490 BTR apartments, offering residents access to premium amenities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym, dog park, zen deck, flexi room, and outdoor terrace on the lower levels. On Level 39, additional entertainment amenities include a communal lounge, games room, media/cinema room, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and an outdoor terrace.

The project saw end-to-end Build to Rent delivery for Mirvac with a strong focus on sustainability. Boasting an 8-star average Nathers Rating, 5-star Greenstar, and electric vehicle infrastructure, residents can live comfortably without compromising their ecological footprint.
