Office Environment
We believe that a large part of what we can achieve is driven by our environment. That’s why we have invested heavily in updating our office to a state-of-the-art facility, allowing staff the ability to excel in their daily tasks and collaborate fluidly.
Kitchen Facilities
Our café-style kitchen and dining area allows staff to make and have lunch in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We keep our team fuelled on healthy snacks, fruit and, of course – coffee.
MVP Night
We know that our staff is the backbone of all we are and do. We celebrate the importance of our greater team every month by hosting a Friday night get-together. Team leaders share news and announcements and peer-nominated staff members are awarded the coveted MVP trophy.
A COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & WELLBEING
We believe it’s important to keep moving. Health and wellness are a natural result of staying active. Our staff has access to an on-site gymnasium for training and keeping fit. End-of-trip facilities are available for those who commute by bicycle.
PILATES CLASSES
A free Pilates class on Mondays complements the on-site gymnasium for those seeking additional workouts during the week.
GYM & QUIET ROOM
Our gymnasium is available to all employees. Need a quick nap or soothing massage? Our quiet room is high tech and available whenever you require it.
OUTDOOR GARDEN
Our outdoor garden serves as a place to relax, enjoy the company of colleagues and, weather permitting, soak in the sun.
