The site is home to 490 build to rent apartments, offering residents access to premium amenities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym, dog park, zen deck, flexi room, and outdoor terrace on the lower levels. On Level 39, additional entertainment spaces include a communal lounge, games room, media/cinema room, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and an outdoor terrace.
