Our in-house design studio is involved in the entire architectural and interior design process for all PDG projects including residential developments, Build To Rent developments, premium townhouses, fine-grain retail spaces, offices, and life science buildings. Additionally, our team will assist clients by providing further personalisation in regard to layout and design.

Trust is crucial when buying off the plan – you’re making a decision to purchase based on information, drawings and plans before the building has been constructed. When you buy with PDG you’re buying direct from the developer. Our in-house sales and marketing teams have full and thorough knowledge of our projects – and are closely involved in all aspects of the development process.

By removing the large costs associated with external agent commissions and creative advertising agencies, our clients save money and have access to better information.
PDG’s in-house customer care team engages with solicitors, builders, sales, management and our purchasers to ensure a smooth and timely settlement process. PDG’s associated mortgage broker, Melcorp Finance, is also engaged at this time to assist our customers in obtaining finance for their property purchase if required.
