OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
We believe that a large part of what we can achieve is driven by our environment. That’s why we have invested heavily in updating our office to a state-of-the-art facility, allowing staff the ability to excel in their daily tasks and collaborate fluidly.
Our café-style kitchen and dining area allows staff to make and have lunch in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We keep our team fuelled on healthy snacks, fruit and, of course – coffee.
B.E.S.T. AWARDS
We know that our staff is the backbone of all that we are and do, and we encourage them to display our core set of B.E.S.T values and behaviours. Each quarter we celebrate a peer-nominated staff member who has displayed these qualities at a fun company-wide event, where they are presented with an award, and team leaders share news and announcements.
A COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & WELLBEING
We believe it’s important to keep moving. Health and wellness are a natural result of staying active. Our staff has access to an on-site gymnasium for training and keeping fit. End-of-trip facilities are available for those who commute by bicycle.
Gym & Quiet Room
Our gymnasium is available to all employees. Need a quick nap or soothing massage? Our quiet room is high tech and available whenever you require it.
Outdoor Garden
Our outdoor garden serves as a place to relax, enjoy the company of colleagues and, weather permitting, soak in the sun.
