Elizabeth North Precinct

PDG’s commercial health precincts have included the landmark Elizabeth North development, now home to CSL Limited’s global headquarters, which will provide long-term economic benefits to the city, state and country. The project’s sustainability objectives, developed in partnership by PDG, CSL, together with Roberts Co and WSP, included: sustainable development outcomes meeting Australian best practice, energy efficient design and operation, and, an exemplar workplace that fosters collaboration and has enhanced indoor environmental quality.
