PDG is proud to be partnering with Oxford and Investa on a landmark Built-to-Rent offering on our Boyd site at 132 Kavanagh Street, Southbank. As developer and delivery partner. PDG will deliver 434 completed apartments along with 40 key worker residences for Investa’s Indi platform.
The project will provide the opportunity to deliver a placemaking, residential rental offering in a prime location five minutes from the CBD, public transport and the Southbank campus of the University of Melbourne.
