Elizabeth North Stage 2 is home to CSL’s new Global Headquarters and Centre for Research & Development.
A beacon for Australian biomedical research and innovation, our 54,000sqm 18-storey building seamlessly encapsulates world-class laboratories alongside state-of-the-art offices and will facilitate globally-recognised clinical research, development, and innovation by CSL and their partners right here in Melbourne.
Set in the heart of Melbourne’s foremost biomedical and education precinct, Elizabeth North enables convenient inner-city accessibility and provides a host of unique facilities including collaboration hubs, a podium terrace, quality end-of-trip facilities, external laneways and a ground floor town square.
The site was awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Design & As Built v1.2 certification. This accolade highlights ‘Australian Excellence’ in environmentally sustainable building practices and underscores PDG’s leadership in innovation and sustainability.
