MELBOURNE’S NO.1 ADDRESS FOR THE WORLD’S BEST CITY.
Poised to redefine Melbourne’s skyline, No.1 Queens Bridge represents a landmark return to one of the city’s most significant riverfront addresses.
Set on the historic Queens Bridge Hotel site, this visionary 71‑level mixed‑use tower brings together residences, hospitality, wellness, and heritage in a way that elevates the everyday and celebrates the character of Southbank.
Crafted by world renowned design studio COX, in collaboration with ODO, and PDG, the tower’s sculptural form draws inspiration from the movement of the Yarra River. Six vertical pleats rise the full height of the building, capturing light and shifting with the rhythm of the city; an architectural expression that speaks to PDG’s commitment to design excellence and long‑term urban contribution.
Anchored by the restoration and reinvention of the historic Queens Bridge Hotel, the development introduces a new destination for dining, culture, and connection. A rooftop bar, grand atrium arrival and proposed global luxury boutique hotel shape a vibrant precinct experience, while more than 5,500sqm of amenities form an “urban village in the sky” for residents.
Located along the Yarra River promenade, directly opposite Crown and close to Melbourne’s globally renowned cultural precinct, No.1 Queens Bridge provides direct access to key cultural, dining, sports, and entertainment destinations.
