Last month we welcomed food and beverage operators Mansae Korean BBQ and Operator San to Stage 2 of the QVM Munro precinct.
Mansae Korean BBQ and Operator San will complement our existing tenants Romanello, Publique Bakery, Lovey Patisserie Café, and Veriu QVM. Each tenant brings a distinct flavour to the precinct, from Publique’s French artisan croissants, Romanello’s authentic schiacciata focaccia to Asian-inspired cakes at Lovey Patisserie – there is something to suit everyone’s palette.
Situated adjacent to the landmark Queen Victoria Market, which attracts over 10 million visitors per year, Stage 2 was developed by PDG and features 1800sqm of fine-grain retail on the ground level, a boutique 110-room hotel, and 490 Build to Rent apartments at LIV Munro.
It’s a privilege to see our tenants become an integral part of Victoria’s most visited market precinct, ensuring the site remains a cultural hub for decades to come. We look forward to Kombu Japanese Diner who will open in the coming months, and will signal the full lease-out of all our ground level retail spaces at Stage 2.
