480 Swan Street will be a workplace designed for collaboration, connection, inclusivity, well-being and sustainability to usher in a new chapter for Australia Post in Melbourne.
The building will deliver 32,000 square metres (sqm) of purpose-built office space over 12 levels and be constructed under a carbon neutral framework. 480 Swan Street will be carbon neutral enabled on completion as well as target a 6-star Green Star rating and a 5-star NABERS Energy rating.
The building will be delivered by our Project Partner, Charter Hall.
