480 Swan Street is a workplace designed for collaboration, connection, inclusivity, wellbeing and sustainability and ushers in a new chapter for Australia Post in Melbourne.

The building includes 32,000 square metres of purpose-built office space over 12 levels and has been constructed under a carbon neutral framework. 480 Swan Street is carbon neutral enabled and is 6-star Green Star rated and 5-star NABERS Energy rated.

The building will be delivered by our Project Partner, Charter Hall.
