The development will be a collection of cohesive stacked forms featuring 434 build-to-rent apartments inclusive of 40 affordable rental dwellings for Investa’s Indi platform.
Indi Southbank will consist of the tower and podium, with exception of the Ground Floor and Level 1 Council Facilities which will be owned and managed by the City of Melbourne.
Vibrant green surrounds will echo nearby parks, gardens, and planned renewal projects while promoting a neighbourly atmosphere.
Indi residents will enjoy premium amenities including several private dining and entertaining rooms, a podcast/media room, a cocktail lounge located on level 42 with stunning city views, a multi-purpose room, and a co-working space featuring a meeting room and phone booths.
