We are proud to partner with Zagame Property on plans for Cremorne’s first purpose-built Build to Rent development. Together, we are creating a high-quality project designed for long-term living. Six Degrees Architects has designed the 16-storey project. It will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The design responds to Cremorne’s character and supports a strong sense of community. Residents will have access to co-working spaces, wellness and recovery areas, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic Melbourne views. These shared amenities will support connection, convenience and wellbeing.

The development is planned for 1 Stephenson Street. This rare infill site is in the heart of Cremorne’s technology, creative and hospitality precinct. Richmond Station is just 100 metres away. Tram services operate directly outside the building.

This connected location will give residents easy access to jobs, public transport, dining and entertainment. It will also support a more walkable and vibrant Cremorne community.

We will submit the planning permit application through the Victorian Government’s Development Facilitation Program. Subject to approvals, construction is targeted to begin in mid-2027. We will continue to work closely with the community and our project partners as the proposal progresses.
