PDG has recently acquired a significant development site conveniently located adjacent North Melbourne train station and only a short walk to the Queen Victoria Market, Errol Street and the CBD. A range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, some with city views, will soon be available for sale along with several retail tenancies.
