PDG developers in 2019

PDG: 2019 year in review

12 Dec 2019

PDG has had an extremely productive and successful year with several projects, major milestones and significant partnerships achieved.

The Melbourne property landscape has provided us with some ambitious and exciting projects that we are proud to be associated with.

The festive season is a great time to reflect on some of our biggest achievements for 2019. Here’s a snapshot on what we have accomplished:

Queen Victoria Precinct Renewal
Works have commenced on this exciting community minded, mix-use development which includes a community hub, hotel, childcare facilities, a community kitchen, a community hall, retail and affordable housing units. Our collaboration with the City of Melbourne will revitalise and transform this dynamic precinct.

QVM Residences
PDG embarked on a new venture to develop one of Melbourne’s first build to-rent residences, solidifying a new and significant partnership with Mirvac.

Gadsden
Gadsden’s apartments and townhouses were launched to the public, supported by the stunning on-site display suite in West Melbourne. The historic former factory will be converted to offer an idyllic blend of city and community.

Elizabeth North
PDG received approvals to commence development of Stage 1 & Stage 2 of our ground-breaking and innovative project within Melbourne’s biomedical precinct. We also secured landmark tenancies for both stages, including CSL’s corporate headquarters, Melbourne University’s Trinity College and Toyota.

Boyd Village
PDG was proudly appointed by the City of Melbourne to develop this unique, green vertical village located in Southbank. The mixed-use development will incorporate residential apartments, affordable housing, a boutique hotel and retail spaces combined with community focused elements.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to another successful and productive year in 2020.
